Role Description

We are hiring SAP S / 4HANA Consultants and Leads for full-time, on-site roles in India to support large-scale SAP S / 4HANA transformation and delivery programmes.

This role involves analysing business processes, designing scalable SAP S / 4HANA solutions, and contributing to end-to-end implementations across complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP designs and ensure successful delivery across implementation, rollout, and stabilisation phases.

Depending on experience and module specialisation, responsibilities may include :

• Leading or contributing to SAP S / 4HANA implementations and rollouts
• Business process analysis, solution design, and configuration
• Advising on system enhancements, optimisations, and best practices
• Supporting data readiness, cutover, and deployment activities
• Collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensuring alignment between SAP solutions and business objectives
• Providing guidance through testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support
