Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in payroll management and recruitment. The ideal candidate will support the HR team in managing employee lifecycle activities, handling payroll processes, and driving effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct reference checks and manage offer letters and joining formalities.
