About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (Sales) to join our team at Intellipaat . The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and improving sales call quality while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and sales effectiveness.

Language Preference : English + Tamil + Telugu

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit inbound & outbound calls and emails to assess quality, compliance, and performance.
  • Provide detailed feedback to sales representatives on call handling, sales techniques, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and best practices for sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and support performance improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of call evaluations and publish daily / weekly / monthly reports.
  • Check D2C ratios for all agents and perform root cause analysis to identify performance trends.
  • Participate in internal calibrations to improve call handling efficiency and customer service.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of Quality Analyst experience (EdTech preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Hands-on experience with call monitoring tools & CRM software .
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Adaptability to change and prioritisation skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • QA experience in the Education / EdTech sector .
  • Familiarity with auditing parameters, industry best practices, and quality standards.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Telugu .
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (preferred).
