DESCRIPTION :

Establishing and executing strategic framework to optimize Out on road (OTR) channel operations through data-driven rate determination and cost management. The program will focus on understanding and developing competitive City / Location / Block / Slot wise rates while implementing targeted marketing / incentive initiatives for delivery partner (DP) recruitment and retention. Through market analysis and operational efficiency improvements, create sustainable rate structures that balance profitability with DP satisfaction and retention.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

• 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
