Senior Manager

We are looking for a technical leader to drive excellence in Marine Engines & Propulsion Systems across industries like Marine, Oil & Gas, Defence, and Industrial Power Plants in Asia, the Middle East, Africa & Europe.

• ???? Key Responsibilities

Lead & guide technical teams, ensuring zero errors and high customer delight

Provide solutions on engines (CAT, MAN, Wärtsilä, Niigata, EMD) & thrusters (Nakashima, Kawasaki, Niigata)

Drive continual improvement in delivery, safety & reliability

Develop people, build capability, and plan succession

Contribute to future business expansion through innovation & partnerships

• ???? Ideal Profile

16–18 years of experience with diesel engines & propulsion systems

Strong knowledge of IC engines, retrofits, and O&M practices

People management, training & capability-building expertise

Experience in the Marine / Oil & Gas / Ship Repair industries

✅ Must-Have Requirements

Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines (operation, repair & retrofits)

5+ years hands-on with medium / high-speed diesel engines

3–5 years of managerial experience with decision-making responsibility

Basic understanding of automation, electrical & control systems

4–5 years' experience in fast-paced industries (Marine, Ship Repair, Oil & Gas, etc.)
