Position : Team LeadExpertise : Curriculum Development, Content development, Team ManagementLocation : MysoreTo apply : hr@ulipsu.comremuneration : 5.5Lakhs to 6 Lakhs Per Annum Experience : 2+ Years Key responsibilityDevelop well researched content on Data Science and Design Thinking Design and develop Data science and Design Thinking curriculum related content for K 12 sector Utilize gamification as and when required.Utilize industry best practice and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and create content.Collaborate with various stakeholders such as CD, curriculum manager for devising the content.Curate the content to deliver the learning outcome. Development of technical content based on Instructor led training videos.Development of FAQ & scripts, hand-outs, etc.Development of Data science and Design Thinking related training modules.Develop Learning Curve Analyzers to gauge the Learning Outcomes(Assessments / Practices).Manage Team and handle the tasks accordingly. Maintain a smooth flow of operations involved within the Team. Desired Qualification and SkillsRelevant Technical Degree and subject knowledge in Data SciencePreferred qualifications for this job include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or Engineering (BCA / BE). Having a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) would be an added advantage.2Yrs+ experience in e-learning Technical content development.Should be aware of Data Science, excel and Design Thinking principles.Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio Impeccable grasp on EnglishAbility to work independently with little or no daily supervision.Flexible and adaptable to updated processes.Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.Experience in E learning industry will be preferredGood time management skills, prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessaryProficiency in usage of computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs ,Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Tools such as Articulate will be an added advantage. Strong writing, verbal, listening and presentation skills.
