Job description

We're looking for a motivated Designer Automation specialist with experience in Quadient technologies to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions using Quadient tools to optimize document workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Quadient Designer+Automation tools.
Design and develop automated document processes leveraging Quadient technologies like Quadient Inspire Designer, Quadient Automation, and Quadient Impress.
Customize and integrate Quadient solutions to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to industry standards.
Implement best practices for document automation , focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Quadient implementations, providing timely resolutions and optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Stay updated with the latest Quadient technologies and trends , incorporating new features and functionalities into existing systems as applicable.
Provide training and technical support to end-users and stakeholders on Quadient solutions and automated processes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Designer+Automation tools (Quadient Inspire Designer, Quadient Automation, Quadient Impress).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar languages used in automation scripting.

Solid understanding of document management systems, workflow automation, and enterprise software development lifecycle.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Quadient technologies or related areas is a plus.

Experience with integrating Quadient solutions with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying and managing automated solutions is a plus.

Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements related to document management is a plus.
