Role Purpose
You will own end-to-end client management for B2B marketing engagements — from taking briefs to coordinating delivery across design, content, media, and tech teams. You ensure timelines, quality, client satisfaction, and opportunities for growth (upsell / cross-sell) within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Preferred Skill Set
Strong spoken & written communication (mandatory)
Experience in a digital or B2B agency / SaaS marketing team
Working knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, CRM workflows, email marketing
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal + client teams)
Hands-on expertise with task management tools (Jira / ClickUp / Asana)
Comfortable with analytical reporting & explaining performance metrics
