Role Overview This is a senior global credit leadership position that combines :

1. Credit Business Development (Global) Sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding fintechs from developed markets (USA / UK / EU / SG / UAE).

2. Underwriting & Risk Leadership Leading the credit evaluation, structuring, risk assessment, and governance process globally.

You will handle the complete credit lifecycle :

Sourcing → Underwriting → Deal Structuring → Negotiation → IC Approval → Disbursement → Monitoring.

This is ideal for someone who can handle global founders, investors, and partners and wants to build Qiro’s global credit engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities A. Global Credit Business Development (BD) Source fintechs, lenders, NBFCs, PSPs, and credit-heavy businesses across USA, UK, EU, SG, UAE, LATAM, and emerging markets.

Lead CXO-level conversations, identify high-quality borrowers, and convert them into Qiro partners.

Drive end-to-end lifecycle :

lead gen → qualification → underwriting → structuring → term sheet → negotiations → closing.

Grow Qiro’s global borrower pipeline across cross-border payments, remittance, merchant settlement, fintech lending, card programs, and other credit-intensive verticals.

B. Underwriting & Deal Structuring Underwrite fintechs / lenders using global best practices, analyzing financials, risk models, bank statements, cohorts, and loan book metrics.

Structure facilities such as :

Committed / Uncommitted LOCs

Term Loans

Bullet + revolving structures

DA / PTC / True Sale securitization

SPV-based structured credit deals

Build rating models, scorecards, risk matrices, and early-warning frameworks.

C. Global Risk Management Set credit covenants, exposure limits, market caps, and monitoring cadence.

Evaluate concentration risks across geographies, lenders, and asset classes.

Continuously track portfolio performance and flag weak accounts.

D. Build & Lead Qiro’s Credit Infrastructure Create global credit policy, underwriting frameworks, risk guidelines, and reporting structures.

Mentor junior underwriting analysts.

Work closely with legal, tech, partnerships, operations, and external service providers.

Represent Qiro in global calls with ecosystems, RWA partners, and stablecoin funds.

Requirements 7–10 years underwriting fintechs or financial institutions across India and global markets (USA / UK / EU / SG / UAE strongly preferred).

Strong grounding in credit analysis, structured credit, securitization, LOCs, and portfolio monitoring .

CFA, CA, FRM, MBA-Finance preferred.

Exceptional communication skills to speak with global founders, CFOs, and credit teams.

Experience in both underwriting + BD / deal origination is a strong advantage.

Comfortable with Bangalore office , global time zones, and startup-level speed.

Ability to manage large workloads and maintain a solution-first, no-excuses mindset.
