Assistant Finance Manager(accounting +statutory)

We Are Looking For :

An experienced Assistant Finance Manager (statutory and accounting) who will play a key role in building and maintaining financial systems and processes. This role involves developing and managing our books of account and timely compliance of statutory requirements (GST,TDS,PT, PF) to ensure financial efficiency and growth.

Skills and Experience :

Accounting and book keeping- ensure timely recording of sales, purchase, expenses in Tally and present P&L+BS monthly
Statutory filling and compliance- GST, TDS, PT, PF filling and reconciliation.
Business Operations : Experience in execution across different business verticals, such as inventory or operations, loss control, profit maximizing.

Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role in Accounting and statutory compliance

Behavioral Traits :

Super disciplined and process oriented

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.

Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results.

Proven track record of working on P&L management with multiple teams.
