Our Digital Workspace Services team is serving more than 300 thousand users across the globe in almost every country in the world, delivering to them end user services for Identity & Access Management (e.g. Active Directory), Collaboration (e.g. M365 Office suite) and Platform (e.g. Windows 11 or Win 365). You will act as a System Support Analyst in the Compliance and Performance Management team, focusing on supporting our business partners as well as the other teams in the department. Your role will be to coordinate changes to be rolled out to 300k users in DHL across the globe i.e. software installations, policies affecting the devices.

Additionally, you will be supporting change projects to enhance our services. You will deal with incident and problem management processes while having confidence in troubleshooting and a problem-solving mindset.

Your duties encompass executing data analysis in collaboration with your colleagues and business stakeholders, promoting standards to DHL users, and ensuring timely delivery of changes. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, and cooperating with external service providers are essential aspects of your role.

As a System Support Analyst in the Compliance & Performance Management team of Digital Workspace Services, having profound Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Microsoft M365 is a huge plus. Knowledge of either Reporting, Data Analysis, or Project Management will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you are eager to learn more about Microsoft M365 and other end user technologies. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
