Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Business Compliance Manager

In this role you will be required to handle SOC1 & SOX linked financial controls for one of our key clients

Responsibilities

Compliance Manager role to handle SOC1 & SOX linked financial controls with relevant work experience

years of hands-on internal & external audit experience in Internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) SOX

& implement SOX documentation such as process narratives and risk and control matrices

• depth knowledge of SOX regulations compliance requirements and the COSO Internal Control Framework

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate (any stream)

Experience in drafting comprehensive risk-based control framework aligned to SOC 1 ICOFR controls

Exposure to leadership connects on compliance posture getting management commitment

Prepare & present an effective compliance dashboard for internal leaders and external stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Solution oriented ability to work within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

CA is preferred with Big 4 audit firm experience in financial SOX audits
