Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management — including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and organizational growth. The role calls for a proactive leader who can align people strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals

Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention programs

Oversee performance management and appraisal systems

Design and manage compensation, benefits, and rewards structures

Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations

Drive learning, development, and culture-building initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in technical or project-based industries

Proven experience managing HR operations and people development initiatives

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
