YouTube Growth Manager

Jagran New Media is looking for YouTube Growth Manager who can develop and execute growth strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement for Different YouTube channels for News vertical, using data analysis to identify opportunities, optimizing content, and manage campaigns. Key responsibilities include channel strategy, content planning and optimization, audience development, performing data analysis and reporting, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners like influencers.

Key Responsibilities :

Channel Strategy & Growth : Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for YouTube channel growth, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Content Planning & Optimization : Plan content with internal teams, optimize video content and channel elements for search and discovery, and stay updated on YouTube trends.

Audience Development & Engagement : Identify audience insights, grow the subscriber base, increase engagement, and manage community interactions and policies.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze channel performance data, use analytics to identify growth opportunities, and create reports on the impact of growth initiatives.

Job Specifications :

7+ years of relevant experience in YouTube Growth.

Familiarity with copyright laws and content usage rights.

Ability to work independently and adapt to industry changes.

Strong work ethic and a passion for digital media.
