🎯 What You’ll Do

As a PLG (Product-Led Growth) Customer Success Specialist , you’ll be the voice, face, and strategy behind how our customers experience success at Flowace.

You’ll work closely with our product, growth, and sales teams to make every customer relationship stronger, stickier, and more valuable.

Your key goals :

✅ Make customers love Flowace — turning them into advocates, not just users.

✅ Reduce churn by building deep relationships and driving value adoption.

✅ Upsell smartly — expand accounts by increasing user licenses and moving clients to higher-tier plans.

✅ Drive revenue through referrals and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

✅ Keep our average NPS score ≥ 8 , ensuring customers consistently rate their experience as excellent.

💡 What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Conduct proactive success reviews and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and end-users.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by tracking product usage trends.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to optimize PLG motion.
  • Use data insights to spot churn risks and turn them into retention opportunities.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

⚙️ What You Brin

  • g2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Growt h in a B2B SaaS company
  • .Prior exposure to PLG environment s (freemium or self-serve motion)
  • .Proven success in driving revenue expansion and customer retentio n
  • .Strong data and storytelling skills — can translate metrics into insights and actions
  • .Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • .A growth mindset — you think long-term and act fast
