Recruiter Trainee (Australia Geo)

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience with excellent communication skills. This is an office-based role , perfect for anyone eager to kickstart their career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Delivery Head APAC , you will support sourcing and recruitment activities for high-end technology roles across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in candidate engagement, research, and building strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process under guidance, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Engage with candidates daily via calls, emails, and other platforms.

Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pools.

Assist in conducting LinkedIn research and other online sourcing activities.

Provide timely updates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand requirements.
