A Leadership Role in a Digital-First Company
This part-time, remote position places the Digital Marketing Manager at the helm of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across search, social, email, and display. With clients ranging from fintech startups to enterprise SaaS providers, the role demands both strategic vision and day-to-day tactical expertise.
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, the selected candidate will work approximately 20–25 hours per week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create holistic campaigns that meet measurable objectives.

The ideal candidate brings at least 4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience , a strong grasp of performance metrics, and a history of managing multiple campaigns across industries. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing platforms is expected.
Strategic thinking, self-direction, and strong communication skills are essential — as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
