Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on talent management, performance management, and payroll.
- Talent Management : Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Recruitment, Oracle Cloud Learning, and Cloud Talent Management to streamline hiring and development processes.
- Performance Management : Design and deploy performance evaluation frameworks using Oracle Cloud Performance Management, ensuring data-driven insights for growth and improvement.
- Payroll : Manage and administer Oracle Cloud Payroll (UK Payroll) with precision, accuracy, and compliance, covering complex tax regulations and statutory requirements.
