ABOUT US :

Peak Performance was founded in 2016. We are a team of Sports Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Manual Therapist, Strength & Conditioning coaches, Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Nutritionists; working together towards the outcome for our patients / athletes.

We, as a team, focus on growth, learning, and support towards each other. We offer services, like :

• Orthopedic Physiotherapy : Treating lifestyle-related joint and muscle aches through systematic exercise plans and progressive strengthening.
• Sports Injury Management : Reducing pain, building resilience, and improving balance and coordination through personalized sports physiotherapy.
• Strength & Conditioning : Therapy designed to help athletes and individuals recover from physical activity, injury, or surgery.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Strength & Conditioning coach at Peak Performance, you'll design and implement personalized training programs to enhance performance, aid recovery, and prevent injuries. Working closely with our physiotherapy and rehab team, you'll guide clients through safe, effective workouts while tracking progress ,and promoting long-term physical well-being.
