Job description2–5 years' experience in graphic design or visual communication A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, originality, and attention to detail Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, branding Must be based in Kerala (Hybridity allowed) Ability to receive feedback positively, adapt quickly, and work on multiple projects Be part of a forward-thinking team shaping digital experiences Grow your skills across design and digital domains Flexible hybrid work structure Opportunity to add your creative voice to real client projects

What You'll Do
- Design high-impact posters, brochures, logos, brand collateral , and marketing materials
- Create digital visuals (social media posts, banners, web graphics)
- Work closely with strategy, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive design solutions
- Maintain brand consistency and visual guidelines
- Iterate designs based on feedback, and deliver within deadlines
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques
