Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Head to drive and expand our international sales

operations, particularly across the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate will bring deep

expertise in embedded technology sales, an established network of decision-makers, and a

proven track record of scaling business with global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Sales Leadership : Define and execute the global sales strategy to achieve revenue

growth across embedded technology solutions.

  • Market Expansion : Leverage existing strong networks in the USA and European
  • markets to drive new business opportunities.

  • Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients,
  • OEMs, and technology partners.

  • Account Management : Manage large, strategic accounts, ensuring customer success and
  • repeat business.

  • Sales Operations : Lead and mentor the sales organization, driving performance,
  • accountability, and customer-centric culture.

  • Collaboration : Work closely with the CTO, VP Engineering, and COO to align sales
  • strategies with solution offerings, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction.

  • Competitor Positioning : Stay ahead of market trends and competition (Wipro, Infosys,
  • Tech Mahindra, Ignetaurium, HCL, Advantech, Mindtech, etc.) to position the company

    effectively.

  • Revenue & Forecasting : Own the sales targets, pipeline management, and accurate
  • forecasting for executive leadership.

    Qualification & Skills :

  • Strong CXO-level relationships in USA and Europe, with a demonstrated ability to win
  • large accounts.

  • Previous experience working in global competitor organizations such as Wipro, Infosys,
  • Tech Mahindra, Ignetaurium, HCL, Advantech, or Mindtech (or similar).

  • Deep understanding of embedded software, industrial electronics, and communication
  • protocols.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to scale global sales operations and build high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering / Business Management (preferred).
  • Experience :

  • 15+ years of experience in Embedded Technology Sales.
  • Industry Preferences – Embedded Systems / Industrial Electronics / IIoT
  • Global Market – USA & Europe (specifically)
  • Skills Required
