Site Engineer

we are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with experience in landscape and general construction works to oversee on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all work is executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. freshers can also apply for this position.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of landscape architecture, civil works, irrigation systems, soft and hard landscaping, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site landscape and civil construction activities.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure materials and work are in compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Oversee installation of softscape (e.g., planting, turfing) and hardscape (e.g., paving, curbing, pergolas, pathways).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades on site.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures on site.
• Prepare site reports, work schedules, and attend project meetings.
• Manage site inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.
• Identify and resolve any technical or design-related issues that may arise on-site.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
