Data Engineer Team Lead

Contract :  12 months initially

Location :  Fully remote

Rate :  To be discussed based on your skills and experience

Key Requirements :

• Strong hands-on data engineering experience with a proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines in  Spark-based environments
• Proficient in  Python , with experience applying it to data engineering problems
• Deep technical expertise with  Palantir Foundry  or similar data platforms
• Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including  data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration patterns
• Experience  leading small teams  or mentoring junior engineers
