- Identify and develop Faculty from internal / external sources
- Ensure training execution as per the WB skill matrix and measure its effectiveness
- 100% compliance of HR Assurance Framework
- Creating awareness among employees on ABG competency framework (70 : 20 : 10) and ensure employee development
- Design Inhouse training modules
- Implementing all guidelines of issued from T&C SC unit and Board level
- To ensure 100% compliance by training data updating in the ELM poor NATA module.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS and other management required reports
