Job descriptionDesign and execute regional sales plans to meet acquisition, disbursement, and revenue goals. Track and optimise lead conversions, portfolio usage, and market penetration. Build a strong funnel by identifying high-growth industries, brands, and regional opportunities. Leverage industry insights to prioritise markets and strategic accounts. Develop long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers at anchor organisations. Drive high-level conversations around working capital solutions and financial enablement. Participate in trade forums, business events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand presence and market credibility. Monitor anchor program performance, flag early risks, and drive controlled scale-up. Maintain healthy utilisation and portfolio discipline. Work with Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, disbursement, and program delivery. Share on-ground insights to contribute to product and process enhancements. 3–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Loans, or SME Lending. Strong track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue delivery. Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven individual with strong business ownership and problem-solving mindset.
