Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire for a Regional Sales Manager – Oncology role with a Global Pharma MNC, based in Mumbai and covering West India.
Position : Regional Sales Manager – Oncology
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 8+ years of experience in Oncology sales including 2+ yr of team management experience
Reports To : National Sales Lead – Oncology
Team : Area Sales Managers (ASMs)
Role Purpose :
Lead regional sales execution for oncology products by translating national strategy into regional action plans, achieving sales targets, developing teams, and driving market growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive regional sales plans, achieve targets, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop ASMs / TBMs; recruit and train talent.
Ensure compliance with marketing strategies, reporting, and field discipline.
Engage with KOLs, institutions, and distribution partners to ensure access and supply.
Provide insights, competitive intelligence, and accurate forecasting to leadership.
Profile Requirements :
Graduate in Life Sciences / Pharmacy; MBA desirable.
8–10 years in pharma sales with 2–3 years in people management (ASM level); oncology preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
High integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
Location & Travel :
Mumbai-based with frequent regional travel.
