Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified Pega Developer (LSA) to join our development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions using Pega Platform. This role demands a strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to provide leadership and guidance to development teams while adhering to best practices and architectural standards.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, architects, and QA—to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design and develop end-to-end Pega-based BPM applications following best practices and Pega guardrails.
• Lead the architecture, design, and development of new Pega solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
• Build reusable frameworks, components, and integrations leveraging Pega PRPC, Pega Rules, and Case Management features.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) principles.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and compliance with Pega design and performance standards.
