Job descriptionRole OverviewAs a Senior Green Building Analyst, you’ll take the lead on sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across multiple building projects. You will guide junior analysts, interface with clients and consultants, and ensure projects achieve targeted green certifications efficiently and effectively.- Key Responsibilities- Define and set sustainability goals with clients and consultants.- Prepare feasibility reports, project checklists, and design recommendations.- Coordinate and manage project documentation for green building rating systems (IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, GEM).- Review, track, and maintain quality across all project submissions.- Team & Process Management- Mentor and guide team members.- Monitor weekly targets and support overall project delivery.- Prepare monthly project progress reports and ensure timely submissions.- Required Skills & Knowledge- Strong understanding of building science and Sustainability in Built environment.- In-depth knowledge of IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, GEM rating systems.- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.- Required Qualifications- Mandatory : GRIHA Certified Professional (CP) & LEED Green Associate- Preferred : LEED AP and / or GRIHA Evaluator- What We Offer- Work on some of India’s most ambitious green projects.- Collaborative and knowledge-driven team environment.- Opportunities to lead, mentor, and grow within a pioneering consultancy.We’re conducting interviews on 1st November and 8th November 2025.If you’re ready to make an impact in sustainable design and project leadership — we’d love to meet you!Send your CV and work samples to : info@shashwatgbc.com
