Chief Talent Officer or CHRO

We are looking to hire a dynamic chief talent officer to join our company. In this role, you'll be in charge of identifying and recruiting upper-level management candidates. You'll also work with senior management to develop a talent management strategy to meet our company's business goals. Responsibilities :

• Establishing a talent recruitment strategy to facilitate the hiring of prospective talent.
• Coordinating recruitment events and networking with potential candidates.
• Developing and organizing employee training programs.
• Crafting long-term employee succession plans to ensure personnel are on track with their career progression.
• Working with the HR manager to create internal promotion policies.
• Supervising the employee onboarding process.
• Assessing the company's hiring needs and updating the recruitment strategy accordingly.
• Working with team leaders to evaluate personnel and create improvement plans as needed.
