Accounts Sales Manager – Automotive Industry

Job Opportunity : Accounts Sales Manager – Automotive Industry

Location : Pune / Bangalore.

Experience : 10 – 15 Years

Compensation : ₹35 – 40 LPA + Benefits

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Accounts Sales Manager with proven expertise in solution sales for the automotive industry, particularly with strong knowledge in semiconductors, chips, and automotive electronic components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing key client accounts, driving business growth, and positioning our solutions to meet the evolving needs of the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end solution sales for automotive clients, focusing on semiconductors, chips, and electronic components.
  • Manage and expand strategic customer accounts by developing strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and automotive technology companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, delivery) to provide customized solutions that address client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to advise clients and strengthen sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in the automotive electronics / semiconductor industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, chips, and related automotive technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in closing large accounts and achieving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
