Inviting applications for the role of Manager – Learning & Development, Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
At Genpact, we are redefining the future of work through Agentic AI — where AI systems don’t just assist, they act, learn, and collaborate. To support this transformation, we are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking L&D Manager to join our Agentic AI team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of enabling the next generation of talent and capability — supporting product, tech, solutioning, and go-to-market teams that are building and scaling Agentic AI offerings. You will partner closely with business and HR leaders to translate the Agentic vision into scalable learning solutions, drive readiness for new roles, and shape a continuous learning culture across our pods and programs.
Responsibilities
Support and execute the L&D strategy for the Agentic AI organization across functions (Product, GTM, Solutioning, Tech, etc.)
Design and deliver capability-building journeys tailored to Agentic product and pod teams
Lead onboarding and integration for new Agentic talent, including internal rotations and fresh hires
Partner with Genome, business, and HR teams to drive aligned interventions for upskilling / reskilling
Develop and maintain learning pathways in areas such as Agentic, GenAI, Product Thinking, Agentic UX, and Prompt Engineering
Use data to drive learning decisions — including tracking capability progress, participation, and impact
Be the primary L&D point of contact for Agentic pods across geographies, providing tailored support
Collaborate on projects like building the Agentic Academy, certifications, hackathons, and external partnerships
Ensure adoption and maintenance of internal learning systems (e.g., Genome) for capability tracking
May participate in other projects or initiatives as requested by leadership
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
University graduate (relevant field : Education, HR, Business, or Technology)
Prior experience in L&D, capability building, or talent development
Experience working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in a global virtual setting
Learning design experience for technical and non-technical roles
Ability to think like a product manager — user-first mindset, iterative approach
Data-driven, with comfort in working with dashboards and reporting tools
Familiarity with GenAI, digital operations, or enterprise tech is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
Project and program management capability
