Job description

We are seeking to hire PMO Lead / QA Manager to Demonstrate experience as a PMO Lead / QA Manager, or similar role, with 10+ years in quality assurance (QA) and at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi, Six Sigma
Proven experience in setting up Quality Assurance / PMO function.
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to implement QA processes in an Agile environment.

PMO Responsibilities

Define overall PMO charter to enforce quality standards and procedures

Close tracking of MSA / SOW commitments and ensuring strict adherence – financial, contractual, SLAs, penalties

Monitoring and analyzing key quality metrics to track product quality and identify areas for improvement.

Working closely with delivery teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the SDLC.

Overseeing the planning and execution of peer reviews and project audits to evaluate product quality.

Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key tasks

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the PMO function, ensuring all activities align with business goals

Perform risk assessments and ensure contractual, quality risks are mitigated throughout SDLC.

SOW level tracker for all milestones and deliverables; account level SOW tracker

Financial forecasting based on how SOW milestones are defined.

Monitor progress, defect trends, and product performance, providing status updates to senior management.

Work closely with the Dexian Quality team (GRQC) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and company policies.

Ensure all product releases meet defined quality criteria before they are delivered to customers.

Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.

Shift hours : 2.00 to 11.00pm IST

Work location - Chennai.
