Job Title : SAP EWM Lead Consultant

Job Overview :

Candidate Profile : SAP EWM Consultant (6–9 Years Experience)

6–9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Proven track record of contributing to full-cycle SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements across warehouse operations.

Expertise in configuring and supporting :

Inbound and Outbound Logistics Processes

Putaway and Picking Strategies

Handling Units and Packing Specifications

Warehouse Task and Warehouse Order Management

Storage Control (Process-Oriented and Layout-Oriented)

Physical Inventory and Replenishment Processes

Experience integrating EWM with core SAP modules :

Materials Management (MM)

Production Planning (PP)

Sales and Distribution (SD)

Quality Management (QM)

Proficient in working with :

RF Framework and Mobile Device Integration

IDocs, BAPIs, and custom interfaces

Fiori apps for warehouse operations (e.g., Manage Inbound Deliveries, Process Warehouse Tasks)

Proven ability to conduct blueprinting workshops, define warehouse process flows, and map business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions.

Skilled in collaborating with technical teams on enhancements, custom developments, and third-party system integrations (e.g., WCS, MES).

Demonstrated experience leading cutover activities, data migration for warehouse objects, and end-user training.

Strong understanding of warehouse master data and organizational structure setup (storage types, bins, activity areas, doors, staging bays).
