Implement and customize Oracle Utilities solutions such as OUAF,CCB,C2M, and CCS.

Design, develop, test and deliver prioritized enhancements

Deploy PL / SQL scripts, interfaces, and extensions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Utilities applications.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and formulate solutions.

Ensure successful integrations between Oracle Utilities applications and other enterprise systems.

Perform system configuration, optimization, and maintenance tasks.

Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications and processes.

Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in development and deployment.

Adopt client’s agile SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements

Support client in the definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases

Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions

Provide guidance, direction, and knowledge transfer (KT) to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements

Advise client on technical best practices and product features

Support troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution for enhancements
