Senior Frontend Architect - React.js / Javascript

Description :

We are looking for a pragmatic and visionary Senior Frontend Architect to shape the future of our complex, high-traffic web platform.

You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, architectural patterns (specifically Micro-Frontends), and best practices to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability across dozens of teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architecture Design : Define the overall frontend architecture, primarily using React and related frameworks, transitioning to or maintaining a Micro-Frontend setup (e.g., using Module Federation).
• Performance Optimization : Establish and enforce best practices for Web Vitals, bundle size reduction, lazy loading, and overall rendering performance.
• Tech Stack Ownership : Own the selection and governance of frontend libraries, tooling, and build systems (Webpack, Vite).
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with UX / UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Code Quality : Implement rigorous coding standards, unit testing (Jest / RTL), end-to-end testing (Cypress / Playwright), and design systems components.
