Responsibilities
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various interior projects, demonstrating excellent creative thinking skills.
- Meet with clients to deeply understand their objectives, desires, and specific needs for their space.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and the internal team to address client needs and ensure project alignment.
- Prepare compelling presentations for clients, utilizing 3D renderings, 2D layouts, mock-ups, and other visual aids to showcase design concepts.
- Analyze prospective clients and effectively sell Decorpot's products and services , highlighting their value and benefits.
- Craft business proposals and contracts designed to attract new clients and generate revenue.
- Create accurate quotes for clients and ensure the full design and sales workflow is diligently followed.
- Maintain continuous industry knowledge to stay relevant with the latest interior design landscape, trends, materials, and technologies.
- Handle client complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients throughout the design and sales process.
Skills
Excellent creative thinking skills and ability to translate client conversations into design concepts.Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) to articulate design ideas and proposals.Resilient and empathetic approach to client interactions, with excellent interpersonal skills .Ability to analyze client needs and effectively sell products / services.Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator , or similar programs).Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and sales leads.Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior, to better understand client motivations.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a similar field.Proven experience in residential designs and modular kitchens.Prior experience in a sales role, preferably in interiors, real estate, or a related field.Skills Required
