The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious IT Recruiter who blends strong recruitment fundamentals with modern AI tools to transform how we source and place technology talent. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology recruitment and eager to leverage cutting-edge tools to drive results.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Source, screen, and recruit top IT professionals across diverse technology domains for our client engagements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through , Naukri, job portals, referrals, and AI-powered sourcing platforms
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from initial screening through offer closure and joining

AI-Driven Recruitment

  • Utilize AI recruitment tools and automation platforms to enhance sourcing productivity and candidate quality
  • Leverage tools for resume parsing, candidate matching, and engagement automation
  • Stay updated with latest AI technologies in recruitment and implement innovative practices

    • Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with clients in the technology industry to understand their hiring requirements and team dynamics
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment and placement journey
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement for placed contractors

    • Metrics & Delivery

  • Consistently achieve monthly recruitment targets for submissions, interviews, and closures
  • Maintain updated and accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and market insights

    • What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring within India
  • Proven experience with AI-powered recruitment tools (ChatGPT, Recruiter, Naukri RMS, HirePro, or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of Indian IT market, roles, technologies, and compensation trends
  • Successful track record in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrated results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment portals

    • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of IT domains : Software Development, Cloud Technologies, Data Analytics, AI / ML, DevOps, Testing, etc.
  • Experience in staffing / contracting business models
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
