Who You Are / Must-Haves :

• Tier 1 college IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT
• Exceptional EngineerBackend : Strong experience in Python, Go or Java
• Frontend : Strong experience in React, Electron or any other Typescript based framework
• Cloud : Proficient with cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud or OCI
• Database : Experience working and scaling databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Good to Have : Working with LLMs and exposure to CV models like DinoV3, YOLO etc
• Entrepreneurial : Preference for candidates with experience at successful startups or ownership mindset specially valued
• Seasoned : Battle-tested with 3–5 years of relentless, hands-on engineering experience, solving high-stakes technical challenges under pressure
• Gritty : Capable of working long productive hours
• Background : Contributions to open-source, side projects, or anything that shows you are curious
