Key Responsibilities
- Initiate timely calls to inbound leads received via website, ads, social media, or referrals.
- Understand customer inquiries regarding travel packages, destinations, or services.
- Gather complete and accurate information (travel dates, preferences, budget, group size, etc.).
- Enter and update lead details in the CRM system efficiently.
- Ensure all leads are properly tagged, categorized, and followed up in the CRM.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further conversion.
- Maintain lead call logs and provide daily / weekly reports.
- Build rapport with potential customers to increase trust and confidence in our services.
- Assist the team with customer follow-ups when required.
Requirements
Education : Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience : 0–2 years in tele-calling, telesales, customer support. Experience in the travel industry or with CRM systems is a plus.Skills :Clear and confident communication in English, Tamil (Hindi / Malayalam / Kannada / Telugu)Basic computer knowledge (CRM software, MS Office, email handling).Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Skills Required
