Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description : Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems in real-time scheduling and workforce optimization.
• Initially, you'll work closely with a US-based team for 1-2 quarters to build knowledge before immersing more in APAC-focused projects. Flexibility to work some mornings or evenings will be necessary during this period.
• Impact key company objectives by working closely with Product to refine our roadmap.
• Build / maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products.
• Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets for machine-learning models.
• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines that are robust, scalable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make continuous improvements.
