We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Lead who can take complete ownership of our logistics, warehousing, and inventory management systems while optimizing our processes for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Logistics & Shipping Management

  • Manage and operate shipping and warehousing panels with efficiency.
  • Experience using NimbusPost, Shiprocket, Clickpost, Easyecom , or similar logistics tools.
  • Minimize RTO (Return to Origin), reduce weight discrepancies , and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
  • Handle shipping escalations, coordinate with courier partners , and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Oversee the ticketing system for logistics-related queries and issues , ensuring timely resolutions.

    • 2. Inventory Management & Tracking

  • Develop systems and processes to accurately track inventory levels and trends.
  • Implement best practices for stock forecasting, inventory planning, and reorder optimization to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure accurate stock reconciliation between the warehouse, Shopify, and internal reports.
  • Set up real-time tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor inventory performance.

    • 3. E-Commerce Operations & Order Fulfillment

  • Oversee end-to-end Shopify operations , including order processing, cancellations, payment link generation, and tracking.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, customer support, and warehouse teams to resolve any order fulfillment issues.
  • Optimize operational SOPs to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks .
  • Track order fulfillment KPIs to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

    • 4. Workflow & Process Optimization

  • Work extensively with Excel, Asana, Slack, Shopify, and shipping panels to optimize daily operations.
  • Continuously refine and improve the order fulfillment process for speed and efficiency .
  • Implement automated reporting dashboards for tracking logistics performance and cost efficiency.
  • Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce operations.
  • Must have worked with a D2C e-commerce brand (non-negotiable).
  • Expertise in logistics tools such as NimbusPost, Shiprocket, ShipMozo, EasyEcom, Clickpost etc.
  • Strong knowledge of RTO management, order fulfillment, weight discrepancies, and cost optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify order processing, refunds, and tracking.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and stock management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Slack, and other workflow tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making .
  • Someone who is highly proactive, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced D2C startup environment .
