Machine Design and Product Development Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform machine design calculations (shear stress, bending stress, etc.).
• Implement rapid prototyping techniques (3D printing, Laser Cutting, CNC Routing).
• Use CAD tools (Fusion 360, Solidworks) for product design.
• Coordinate with suppliers during manufacturing process release.
• Compile construction documents (3D models, drawings, BOM, etc.).
• Conduct FMEA analysis for product evaluation.
• Perform product testing for specific customer requirements.
• Design and release production orders (production BOM).
• Lead and execute product improvement projects.
• Generate and oversee new product ideas and designs.
• Collaborate with other departments and partners for product development.
• Manage streamlined product launches and documentation.
