Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and others.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and implement data-driven improvements.

Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.

Prepare performance reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.

Respond quickly to feedback and make adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

Experience running paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.

Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and workflow systems.

Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.

Nice to Have

Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, or funnel optimization.
