Job descriptionDevelop and deliver training modules on international banking processes, including payments, trade finance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing employees. Ensure training content is aligned with global banking standards and organizational policies. Assess training needs through job analysis, performance evaluations, and consultation with stakeholders. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Stay updated on international banking regulations, trends, and best practices to incorporate into training programs. Collaborate with operations and quality teams to address process gaps and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international banking operations or training.
- Strong understanding of SWIFT, cross-border payments, trade finance, and compliance standards (AML, KYC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
