Senior US IT Recruiter

Full-time / Permanent

100% REMOTE

What You Will Be Doing :

  • MUST BE A LINKEDIN RECRUITER
  • GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Min 5-8 years experience

  • Utilize current recruiting tools and best practices to cultivate robust pipelines for active and passive technical talent
  • Recruiting efforts such as understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates
  • Manage online postings on various job boards
  • Develop recruiting strategies
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals and networking
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may fit
