We’re looking for a Manager – Business Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives across our global retail partnerships network. You’ll analyze large-scale datasets, build dynamic dashboards, and generate insights that fuel smarter business decisions and measurable growth across 5000+ stores worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Data Integration & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain a centralized analytics environment capturing store-level KPIs such as sales, returns, demand, inventory, and margins.
- Design intuitive dashboards and reports (Metabase, Power BI, or similar) with automated alerts and triggers for business actions.
Analytics & Insights Generation
Write efficient SQL queries and leverage Python for advanced data analysis, cleansing, and automation.Identify trends and patterns in retailer and distributor data (sell-through, display investments, customer activations, etc.) to drive actionable business recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to link data insights with strategic decision-making and revenue outcomes.Performance Optimization
Partner with commercial and operations teams to track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and improve retail performance across 100+ global markets.Support demand forecasting, pricing analysis, and ROI measurement of key retail initiatives.What You Bring
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.Experience : 2–4 years in a business / data analyst or retail analytics role.⚙️ Technical Skills :SQL – expert in querying and data wranglingPython – for analysis, automation, and visualizationExcel & BI Tools – Power BI / Metabase / TableauAnalytical Thinking : Ability to interpret data, connect insights to business impact, and present findings clearly.Communication : Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
