Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Performance Marketing Manager
who can lead the charge across
Meta and Google Ads , managing
end-to-end paid growth strategies
for multiple D2C brands.
This role demands both analytical horsepower and creative flair — someone who can scale spends intelligently, guide media buyers, and work closely with creative teams to make ads that
convert .
Key Responsibilities :
Strategize, plan, and execute paid media campaigns across
Meta, Google, and YouTube
for multiple D2C brands.
Drive
consistent growth in ROAS , optimize CACs, and scale ad spends profitably.
Collaborate closely with
internal teams
to ensure alignment between data and content.
Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
Stay ahead of platform updates, creative trends, and algorithm shifts to maintain competitive advantage.
Lead, mentor, and upskill junior media buyers in best practices and performance strategy.
What are we Looking for :
4+ years
of hands-on experience in
D2C performance marketing .
Proven experience managing Meta and Google.
Strong understanding of
funnel building, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
A sharp eye for creatives and messaging that drive clicks, not just impressions.
Advanced knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) , and
Shopify or similar D2C platforms.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel / reporting skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience managing multiple brands / agencies simultaneously.
Exposure to
UGC, influencer-led, or creative-first campaigns.
Working knowledge of CRO tools or automation workflows.
Leadership or mentoring experience in a growing team.
