Workforce Management Director

Role Overview :

This role will ensure seamless management of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, strategic workforce planning, global compliance, and the implementation of data-driven HR practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational excellence, strategic foresight, and high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce

Qualifications & Experience :

• Education : MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience : 12–18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or global HR role.
