We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer with 1–2 years of experience who understands how to build, run, and scale paid campaigns and grow organic engagement through smart, consistent execution.
This role needs someone who knows how to make ads work, optimize them without burning the budget, and isn’t afraid to get into the backend of ad platforms, analytics dashboards, and social media tools. You’ll also contribute to broader digital efforts across content, email, SEO, and website updates.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns (Performance Marketing)
Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns
Track and manage ad budgets and performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC, etc.)
Test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages regularly
Generate weekly campaign performance reports
Social Media
Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
Post, schedule, and monitor daily content
Engage with followers and respond to messages / comments
Track performance using insights and analytics tools
Content & SEO
Coordinate with designers / writers to execute campaign creatives
Update blogs, website pages, and metadata for SEO
Monitor keyword trends and optimize on-page content
Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track traffic, conversions, and engagement
Share monthly digital performance reports and insights
Other Digital Tasks
Run email campaigns
Support landing page creation and A / B testing
Explore new tools to automate and scale efforts
You’re a Good Fit If You…
Have at least 1–2 years of real hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and managing brand social handles
Are confident using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, and Wix.
Think beyond vanity metrics, you track what matters
Can write clean, simple, on-brand copy for ads and posts
Are organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple campaigns at once
Stay updated with new trends in digital marketing
Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience with influencer outreach or reels editing
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or setting up events for tracking
Experience with B2B or education-sector campaigns
