Primary Job Responsibilities :
Corporate Sales : Lead and manage corporate sales activities, targeting life sciences organizations to promote and sell software solutions
Corporate Inside Sales : Oversee inside sales operations, ensuring effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the software solutions provided
Devise Sales Communication Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales communication strategies to engage potential clients and convey the value of the software solutions
Sales Targets : Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals
Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activities
Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements :
Educational Background : A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, life sciences, or a related discipline
Experience : Several years of experience in sales, preferably in the life sciences or software industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry and software solutions
Sales Expertise : Proficiency in corporate and inside sales techniques and strategies
Client Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Communication : Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and delivering presentations
Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and implement effective sales communication strategies
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and analyse sales data
Leadership : Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
